Develhope's goal is to spread digital skills among young talents and vulnerable categories to accelerate inclusivity, accessibility, and sustainability through structured paths that generate autonomy and value for the community.

Our Impact Programs

We design and implement accessible, flexible, and scalable training paths together, starting from the real needs of people and territories. We activate practical, job-oriented courses and measure the impact generated through a dedicated reporting system.

Schools

Creative workshops in AI, coding, robotics, and 3D design for middle and high school students, with the aim of countering educational poverty and preventing school dropouts. Alongside students, we also train teachers so that projects can be replicated over time and scaled across territories.

Young Talents & NEETs

For young people in disadvantaged situations, we develop free "Weeks" dedicated to orientation and the discovery of digital professions, as well as intensive bootcamps focused on acquiring skills immediately applicable in the job market.

Women's Empowerment

Dedicated scholarships for access to Develhope courses in Software Development, Data, and Digital Marketing. The paths are accompanied by support for orientation and job searching, to contribute concretely to reducing the gender gap in the tech sector.

Migrants & Refugees

Digital training paths designed to promote the social and labor inclusion of migrants and refugees, valuing skills, talent, and economic autonomy. Accredited by UNHCR for refugee training.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation

We activate programs dedicated to young people with innovative startup ideas consistent with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through training, mentoring, and project support, we accompany participants in transforming an idea into a concrete solution with a social impact.
